Dr. Eleanor Whitaker, a renowned expert in urban governance and municipal policy, brings over 20 years of experience in public administration, policy analysis, and academic leadership. Holding a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Harvard, she has advised metropolitan governments and international organizations like the UN and World Bank. Formerly Dean of Columbia University's School of Public Affairs, she has authored three acclaimed books and numerous articles on urban policy, public finance, and community engagement.
